• Cancellations: Students are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations to prevent credit deduction.
• Refunds: There is no refund policy; students may purchase limited hours according to their needs.

By purchasing and utilizing our credits, you agree to our 1-on-1 session structure and mentorship model. DropOuts is not responsible for technical outages occurring on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Meet, Discord) used for course delivery.
